At Chef Derek’s Catering & Home Cooking, we do things differently than your average caterer.  First, we have no set menus.  There are no lists of the same tired standards that every caterer gives you to choose from.  Chef Derek and his staff work personally with each client to design a menu based on their specific needs.  Whether it’s organic and local, vegetarian or vegan or even a specific regional cuisine, Chef Derek’s has the experience and know-how garnered from a collective 20 years in the restaurant industry.

We also pride ourselves on our flexibility.  If you are looking for an intimate dinner for a few friends, we can come prepare it in-house.  If you need an elaborate buffet for your wedding, our staff will deliver, refresh and serve our delicious, unique cuisine at your location.  Our stylists can also help in the design of the tables and space!

Nutritional concerns?  Not a problem.  We can create a feast that is as health conscious as it is delicious.

We will work with you every step of the way to make your event, small or large, as memorable as it can be.
